EXPECTATIONS TO BE REVIEWED WITH THE CUSTOMER
1.
Because of color
dye lots and natural raw materials inconsistencies, products will have color shade and texture variations.
Assure an
even color mix by
taking pavers from several bundles or pallets at a time.
2.
In
Shellock® & Roadlock® pavers, natural shells and/or aggregates are
embedded at different distances from the surface of the
material.
Therefore, a small percentage of the shells and/or agreggates are expected to come loose from the surface and
edges of
the tile. This
occurrence will diminish over a short span of time and in no way will effect the strength of the
product.
3.
Due to the process
required to manufacture, package, deliver, unpack, install and compact, small chipping can be expected.
4.
Installation of
coping is done by leveling from the top. Because of variations in thickness, length and width of flagstone,
wet
castproducts,
Artistic Paver products and many other natural products, there will be uneven joints between the top of tile
line and
the bottom of the
coping. Additionally, because of dimensional differences in these products, grout joints will vary.
5.
Pavers are
calibrated to achieve a uniform thickness of approximately 1-5/8” or 2-3/8”, according to the product nominal
description.
Artistic Paver’s
products are manufactured in metric sizes and are rounded to the closest size equivalent in English
units.
6.
When installing a
thicker paver or paving slab on the field and a thinner paver for coping or border, the field base needs to
be
adjusted to match
the coping and/or border thickness.
7.
Before making a
decision on any product, we recommend verifying your selection with an actual sample of the product.

for no more than 2 weeks after we receive your Shipping Request. In accordance with our terms and conditions
of sale, if a buyer requests a delay in shipment, the order will be invoiced for the full amount when the
material is ready for shipping.
